Did you know? For a long time there is the idea that dehydration is very dangerous. This often occurs in people who are active with a long activity. So athletes drink plenty of water while exercising. As a result many people are carrying bottles of where - where and really - really protect it from dehydration. This is different to that idea, in some circumstances to drink a lot more dangerous than drinking less adequate (but should have at least 2 liters a day). Consuming excessive water can cause Hyponatremia. Hyponatremia is a condition in which the sodium ion concentration in the blood is reduced. Normal levels of sodium in the blood is 135-145 mM. When the limit was dropped to 125 mM, it will cause dizziness and feeling confused. Yng Sodium levels low in the blood can cause brain tissue enlarges and the last in death. To me that drinking was - was only (at least 2 liters a day) is not anything - nothing.
